Well i have to do both of them as they are core for accounting with professional acceditation. Its a just a matter of which I do first.

i did it in sem2 last yr.. Brett was the main lecturer for that .. u know how CLAW1001 focuses half on contracts and the other half on umm.. exclusion clauses, negligence, liabilities... etc [sory i dnt rememba] - and CLAW2001 centres around the Corporation Act. So u'll learn stuf abt directors, their duties, equity .. etc - not really related to claw1001..

yeah brett's one is heaps different and a lot dryer than contracts and there are HEAPS more to cover
i thought there was so much to learn and that i was going to do really badly... but everyone's in the same boat and if you stick it through and do your work it won't be hard to do really well in the end.

i was in brett's tutorial and he is SO scary. my phone rang in the tutorial and i was just paralysed with fear. he picked on me to answer a question and i stuttered for the next minute haha
