Is a Year 12 Yearly Report necessary for the co-op application? I've only got an HSC Trial Examination Report and I've been informed that no formal Year 12 Yearly/Final Report will be distributed to students at my school i.e. the Trial Report is our final official report. What should I do in this situation?

I think you need the final Year 12 report (ask your school principal). If you cant get one by the due date or your school doesnt give you one, you'd have to include your HSC Trial Examination Report since it is the closest alternative.

Ok, cool.
I asked the senior studies co-ordinator at my school and she said that they don't issue us with a final yearly report, so it looks like I'm going to have to send in the trial report.
