Can anyone give me a list of the conflicts that occurred in these areas that relate to the Cold War? So far I've only got Angola, Egypt and Afghanistan, and I'm thinking that there are a few more.

Yom Kippur war, Ethiopia and Somalia, Liberia, something in Iran which I can't remember, Israel and Palestine (some of it)...
