Whenever the newly renamed comsoc (I think they call themselves business soc or something now this year??) decides to plan it. Its usually very early on in Semester 1. It's also quite popular as well so if you're dying to go, you'd better reserve a spot quickly.

Go to the faculty welcome and they should have a video full of asians saying how awesome it is.
