How do I get my conception day ticket? Why do we have to pay $10 when last year it was free. :burn:

But in answer to your question, you can get them at Ubar, U@MQ Admin Office reception desk and that U@MQ post office.
Technically the ticket is free, but you need to pay $10 as a 'booking fee'.
