so the question is
with particular reference to the issue of technology, assess the effectiveness of legal and non-legal responses in achieving justice for consumers
I am having trouble on understanding what to focus on, I was thinking online shopping/e-commerce, telecommunications regarding false adv/marketing and privacy protection. Would it be fine to focus on them and then obviously assess using effectiveness criteria etc ??
