1) Self help

2) ADR methods

3) Fair Trading Tribunal pursuant to the Fair Trading Tribunal Act 1998 (NSW).

4) Arbitration

5) Various courts

These are the headings in which your answer should highlight. Any further queries may be directed to the forum. :)

Trade Practices Act?

It's stupid now that Re: Wakim stuffed up cross-vesting powers that if you have numerous complaints in both Federal and State jurisdiction you either have to go to mulitple courts to get the maximum amount of cash from it or else you get much less than you're in theory entitled to...

Instead of just rocking upto the Federal Court and having them deal with both the matters from the State jurisdiction and that from the Federal.

They're trying to remedy the situation right now Ziff. But it's gonna take a whole freakin report and recommendations from the LRC to address any concerns. :p

Except cross vesting was suppose tpo be in another topic in the book if I remember correctly.

BTW Ziff, the 'necessary UAI' in your sig is not 'necessarily' true. UAIs fluctuate from year to year. :p

Yeah I know but it's what I'm aiming for nonetheless. If I don't get in with 95.00 it'll always be easy to transfer with a high uai :p

I changed it, happy?

From what I've heard they keep the UAI a round figure because of VTAC.

Cross-vesting powers is touched on in the family section but that's not a very big section. I don't like legal studies, I like the law parts though - not the sociological let's look at case studies from the Daily Telegraph, Today/Tonight and A Current Affair. Grr, it's awful! Reading about cross-vesting powers on the net was much more interesting!
