Okay, du question ay. Well, start with making y the subject and this will allow you to have

. The idea of the locus is that it is a path and that it also has to satisfy the condition since P can be anywhere on the line from the question which is so really you are looking for a parallel line for Q that divides OP internally in the ratio 3:2.
