so i want to do aerospace engineering at UNSW but my atar was way below the cutoff. i already have offers from MAQ and WSU for engineering but my biggest worry is that i wont do well enough to transfer, so I'm hoping to do aviation management as its also something i want to do, and if i like it ill stay, and if not, hopefully transfer. With my bonus points and points for getting top bands in certain subjects, i would be 8 points under the 2016 atar cutoff. i was just wondering if i could still have a chance of getting in with an atar that low below the cutoff or not

Well according to UNSW's published minimum ATAR admittance for 2016, the lowest ATAR they admitted was 71.8. Do you exceed this ATAR? If so I would say it may be possible. This is for a Bachelor of Aviation (Management) though right?

That ATAR includes disadvantaged schemes etc.
