OMFG, I did something of similar shit-ness on McBarnet's views a week ago. Fuck why didn't you put this up earlier? :p

On a similar note, are you sure everyone has handed their's in yet? Some lucky bastard might get their filthy hands on it. (If it's handed in late). :p

Yeh so do we

(Brown and Egger, 2 of the authors, are 2 of our crim lecturers. David Brown is a great lecturer, and he's really nice too.)

I should note that the people who got good marks in crim 1 did not take the typical doreen approach. Simply because everyone did it.
lol what is this doreen approach you speak of.. is it heavily criticising the reading material?

Ditto. We have McNamara. He speaks like he writes. I hate that.

Next time people, make sure you post ALL your work up ASAP so I can do some plagarising. Thank you in advance. :p

Is it due tomorrow?

I was a bit cut on that assessment. Alex steel said something along the lines of 'this is excellent but it seems artificial'

Weird contradictory teacher comments. He just didnt give anyone that used doreen good super high marks.
yeh that is weird... don't know how to interpret that one

does that means your analysis was good but (a) it was a bit forced, (b) a bit abstract, (c) applying the theory to the observations was a bit incongruent?

BTW Frigid who do you have as your teacher? I hope she/he is not anal with your referencing.

Op cit and such is not allowed!
Haha yeh, my lecturer co-wrote the Legal Research book - so I have been very careful to adhere to that heh

if i said that to you, it'd mean that i thought you made up anecdotes to suit your argument
