Research a criminal case that has occured in the last twenty years in NSW. It must be an indictable case.
The case you research should raise one or more of the following issues:
(i) the extent to which the outcome of the case reflects moral and ethical standards.
(ii) the effectiveness of the law in achieving justice for individuals and for society. (iii) whether or not the case gives rise to issues of law reform.

I was considering studying Kathleen Folbigg, the women who killed her four children. Does anyone have any recommendations or comments? Or any suggestions about another case? I havent started and need a bit of guidance.

thanks xoxo

55 year sentence of the gang rapist leader? Community values would be highly debatable. :)
