Hi guys, if the question for crime is based off a t&c and it is on legal and non-legal responses, would intertwining the effectiveness of non-legal measures as we're talking about the effectiveness of the laws be fine? or do we have to dedicate one whole paragraph to non-legal measures? Thank you.

i had one para on good legal + non-legal measures on a topic, then the next para was on unsuccessful measures --> about 8 paras in total for 3-4 topics.
eg. if the t&c is role of discretion in CJS, id have one topic on police paras for effective legal and non legal measures to make up one para. then the next para is still on police discretion but this time on non effective legal + non legal measures.

etc etc u get the gist till u finish all the topics u wanna talk about.

Yes, intertwining the effectiveness of non-legal measures with your discussion on legal responses is fine. Just ensure that you clearly highlight how they complement or contrast with each other throughout your essay. If needed, you can dedicate a specific section to non-legal measures for clarity, but integrating them is perfectly acceptable as long as your argument remains coherent.
