hey i was wondering what the best way of going about studying for the short answer crime part of the trial is? ive been sifting through the crime notes..but not quite sure what would maximise my chance of interpreting and answering the 25 mark short answer i get!

Most of crime is self explanatory once you've learnt it once. I suggest memorising the syllabus (which has a fair bit of detail), with acouple of extra parts to it that you add yourself (ie main dotpoints of your textbook not outlined in the syllabus).
