Okay well most of mah points r saying how good the legal system is. I know this may be alrite, i really need sum points to criticise the legal system in regards to dealing with consumer law. Cheers.

there was an essay in excel about this and we did it together as a class
and it was hard
hang on, it was on family but i guess its the same thing
its really hard to come up with criticism but i think all u need to do is look at a piece of leg and see how far it goes in protecting consumers

one i can come up with is that there is no discrimination directly for consumer law, its only generic and there should be specifics

i dunno what else!!

Consumer law does not deal with drug trafficking. Your contract would be illegal and not recognised or enforceable.

There is nothing wrong with the legal system.
