When people receive their main-round offers are they automatically applied for the CSP or domestic fee paying? What happens if I receive an offer that is below a course's cut-off, would that mean that i am a domestic fee payer?
I heard domestic fee paying is phasing out, but is it entirely?
Please provide examples of people being under the pharmacy 2008 uai cut-off (93,15) and is still a csp.
