This movie comes out tomorrow. The trailer looks really good!

The costumes and sets look brilliant, but ive heard bad things in terms of plot, acting etc.

Has anyone seen it yet? Is it any good?

Im so sad, they arent showing it at my local cinema

this movie was released ages ago in HK, so you could buy the movie in VCD/DVD if you so wish at chinatown

I hear it's going to be massive eye candy, but no substance.

Nevertheless, I'll probably see it.

Eye-candy alright! The lack of plot and characterisation doesn't make up for the overly uplifted titty outfits the chicks wear in the movie. Visually spectacular but the crappy acting from Jay Chou and the like spoil it. Badly.

Still worth the watch if you're into the whole entertainment concept of it rather than the critical side of it.

It's set in feudal-ish era china. Of course it has fight scenes!
