custom boards... who rides what board and who do you get to shape em?
im getting my new one from qcd coz theyve got free channles and nose bulbs....
thoughts?

depends hay. a good one with all the fetaures can set you back 450 but a basic one with no channels nose bulbs or stringers will prob be 300-350.

QCD boards are doing a deal till april for free channels and free nose bulbs which drops the price by around 70 dolars.

yeh and then you can get yellow churchills and look like everyone else...

nah just kidding mate, hardy boards are good but it is my advice to take the specs off a regular hardy and get qcd unknown or function to make it for you. itll be cheaper and you wont look like a clone!

go for an nmd on the cenny coast, best custom lids you can get. mertz has been doing them for ages, all my lidding mates get theirs from there

so expensive for an nmd custom these days though... i remember the good old days when mez strictly did customs... i kinda like the winchester pro model though... i reckon he is the new hardy. everyone wants to be winny

yep but he barely shapes the boards anymore unless you know him or your friends with someone who does...

ive found that manta's in general are shit... they dont take care in production becuase they are mass produced... customs are the way to go...

but yeah after i pay back my car i'm gonna buy a new board for next seasons summer

is there better swell on the west than the east coast of australia?

it cops so much more swell than the east coast it's not funny, if you think about the swell window it has it's pretty unbelievable.
so much more powerful as well.
and you have places like the box
