Cycloproprane is very rarely found in pure form because it is very reactive. The angles of the bonds are 60 degrees which is a huge strain on the typical 109.5 degrees a carbon atom takes in a tetrahedral configuration (where all electron pairs are as far apart as possible), therefore it is not very stable.
