My bio teacher seems to think that his job description doesn't involve any actually teaching (seems to be a common problem from what i've heard). So i've just got a few things that aren't really clear to me. If anyone could help that would be great.

1)How does an understanding of sources of variation lend support to darwins theory?

2)What mechanisms allow interaction between t and b lymphocytes

sources of variation implies that there will be a great variety of organisms interms of physical characteristics... and when one of the physical characteristic, by mere chance, has an advantage over other being, the species with that particular characteristic will have a higher change to live on and pass on their advantageous characteristic to their offsprings... hence supporting darwin's theory of evolution...

interaction: there are too many threads before this that talks abt it (at least 2 i believe)... in brief, you have helper T cell come in contact with pathogen, becoming a pathogen presenting cell and then also releases interluekin2, a chemical. both interluekin 2 and pathogen presenting t cell will cause the maturation and differentiation of b cell into plasma and memory cells... then antibodies will be produced to fight against pathogens...
