Decent digital camera for $150 and under? (1 Viewer)

Looking at picking up a digital camera soon, just for average day to day use and for stuff like the big day out, and wondering whats something decent I can get for $150 or less?

Get something off ebay or use your phone. I reckon the ebay option though, if you care about price more than quality.
