lately its been taking a fair while to open up some of files. there would be a short delay sometimes and the hardrive (im guessing) would make this weird noise.
its happening when running files on both my master and slave harddrive so im not sure if the problem if with them or with something else.
ive defragged both of them several times, run a registry cleaner everyday, scanned with adaware, dont have any unwanted programs running on startup and im still getting this odd noise + lag every now and then even when running games.
anyone ideas? a reformat would be the last resort, but im thinking it might be something else slowing my comp down.
