Just wondering if Dell has the best support for laptops in the current market. I'm just curious as to which laptop manufacturer currently leads the way with customer support and quality.
Well, Dell does provide a three year warranty isn't it? (not sure)
You get what you pay for I guess. I had the choice of 12 months or 9 months or something like that .. where you (obviously) pay more for the longer warranty.
As for the market leader .. I'd say Dell is pretty good since they did get back to my friend pretty quickly. My laptop was fixed in a day (toshiba - no cdrom and I couldn't format). Haven't had any experience with others
in my experience dell are terrible when something goes wrong. i have seen other people with similar complaints, but it is more on the business side rather than home side.
