Diagrams in essays? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys i was wandering does anyone know if the school of management permits for diagrams to be put in essays to help explain something? i looked in the school of management essay writing guide and there was nothing

i emailed my lecturer and tutor and no response yet..


can anyone help me out?

Traditionally essays don't have diagrams - however, you can put them into an appendix to explain yourself (but this won't be marked).

Reports are the format that you can use diagrams freely within the body.

really? oh that seems right, you can "refer" to them in your essay like: so and so suggests blah blah is unconcerned with milk ... and just reference where you got the diagram from, no need to put it in the essay.

i'd be careful abouty that kinda stuff given arthur said no headings even and he said they just want the question answered, no fancy extra stuff...dunno what he meant by fancy exatra stuff but figured that probly includes diagrams n extra appendix's n stuf
