Dig up the course outlines (1 Viewer)

I'm sure I'm not the only one frustrated by the 'descriptions' of the courses in the handbook and went looking for the detailed course outlines but had no luck anywhere.
So for people looking for ARTS/MEFT/similar course outlines (better be sure you want to do them, or else they'll bore you to death):

Could we ask the school to release those publicly? Or maybe a fellow CSE student could point out to me how to access these directories please? why are they 403 anyway?
now I'm looking for courses outlines from Built Environment, but I have no idea if they exist at all.

I sent an email to the History guys asking them where their course outlines are, and they said they will put them up during week 1.

I'm guessing that the courses change every year, so when a course ends they take the outline down and put up new ones when the course runs again.

the history guys also told me to contact the course co-ordinator if I wanted info on the course
