Display Sizing (1 Viewer)

OK well I am totally hopeless with computers something always goes wrong and I am always left stranded not knowing what on earth to do...
But yesterday my computer like all of a sudden did this weird flip and my icons got really big and so did everything else like my task bar an when i open my msn windows an stuff it is all like huge... this is also along with like font sizes and everything...
Can anyone help I have no idea what to do

Right click your desktop -> Properties -> Settings

It's likely your resolution has changed there. Change it to something higher (such as 1024 x 768), and see how that goes.
