Hey guys, up until midcourse I was actually doing not too bad (at least top 10 in every subject with most subjects having around 20-25 people) but I fucked up my trials quite badly (they were mostly at 60-70% except maths subjects) so most of my ranks are like 10-15 out of 25 except maths being 3rd, ext maths being 7/10 and english being like 25/80.

I was wondering whether the marks at the end actually scale up as in, with these kind of ranks, would I still be able to get around 85+ overall for each of these subjects (not atar but individual subject marks) if I were to get a good raw mark of around 85%-90% in the externals? Just tripping balls because my internal ranks aren't too good, my school is ranked at around 200 :/

p.s. I have read the previous posts but I just want clarification :/ Some people irl have been telling me they dont .. ;/

Your internal and external marks will depend on how well you perform in the externals.

Basically, in the final exam (externals), your raw marks are aligned ie. a raw external mark of 78/100 in physics aligned up to 90/100 last year.
