There seems to be no listing for most of the double degrees in the hsc plus scheme?

Also are the amount of ppl who are accepted into this course different to the amount of ppl who are accepted into the commerce degree itself? Which is more popular as well

Yes, HSC Plus does apply to the combined BCom/BEc degree. Generally the BCom is a lot more popular than the BEc, hence the higher required ATAR.
