i got a BIG favour to ask! well its likely ill get like zero replies but im gonna give it a go anyways.
Well i got the Friday Mktg101 lecture but like on fridays i really cant make it cause i have to look after my baby sister cause no ones at home to. Is there anyone with the Wed mktg lecture that'd want to switch with me? i tried to jus turn up to the lecture today but yea got kicked out =\

oh they started checking like after all the seats were filled nd there was like a whole like damn army of ppl still standing up outside waiting to come inside

the worst i have is an econ110 tute from 8-9 on a wed but that's ok because i rarely go out on a wed anyway (well nothing big is ever on)

but HEY! the comp115 evening lecture guy is the funniest guy out there
what we learnt today was "the comp is your bitch"

2day in econ it wuz funni cuz a bunch load of ppl actually got up n left after the lecturer kept emphasisng that if they get caught they'll lose 1 mark

i've got a similar problem- my only marketing lecture is on at the same time as my only law lecture- which is also the friday slot. the clash happened 'cause all the classes were full by the time i got to make my time table (which was a bit later than alot of people 'cause i'm doing a combined degree). the student questions guy said there was nothing they could do about it and just to turn up at the other lecture slots but then you just get kicked out so i don't really know what to do it seems a bit messed up that i'm enrolled in marketing but can't go to any of the classes for it!

yeah..
once you get a feel for the format of the lectures.. then you pretty much know whats going on and can self study..

take comp115, the lecturer is following the textbook so all you gotta do is just study that..

geez..it is compulsary for me to do that subject....but i put it off until next yr cos it bored me and was on and inconvenient times...wats wiv that? y so late? and so long?

thats soo tight they wouldnt let u in!! but jih is probably right....and ppl may start dropping out of uni altogether due the the pressure.....

btw- does anyone know if the drop out rate is higher for ex-private school students than it is for ex-public school students? Cos private schools hand feed the students more? and it is such a jump to uni?
