Does /everyone/ do rennin and milk? (1 Viewer)

Our teacher has been painfully ambiguous about exactly which experiment we're going to be doing for our enzyme prac.

Does anyone know if rennin / milk is the only enzyme / substrate combination he's allowed to test us on?

we did rennin and milk in class.
but for an assignment we did pineapple and jelly =P
like putting pineapple in jelly and seeing if it still set or not.
