So I want a job relatively similar to a diplomat however I want to live in one place but travel to all types of places for my job, but then return back home afterwards. Is there a job like this? I hope so

Your best bet would probably be working for DFAT - I'm pretty sure they do have a graduate program which you can look into. Otherwise, it's probably a career you would need to work towards through work in the public sector or by working with an international consulting/lobbying firm maybe.
