UTS use Blackboard, known as UTSOnline located at: http://online.uts.edu.au .
Your username is your studentID and your default password is your first two letters of surname in CAPS followed by your studentID. You can change your password after you log in. So eg, username: 12345678 and password: SM12345678.
If you can't login at the moment then don't worry. As long as you can login a week before semester then its fine. You won't see much yet, since you aren't enrolled into any subjects yet, and even if you are, you won't see them until a week before semester starts. Not all subjects use UTSOnline, however most do, especially if you're doing Business.
