I'm just curious, because this show shows how life sucks as an intern/resident.
JD said "the average resident earns as much as a waiter" and the characters barely have any spare time. This is also true for Dr. Cox who is a senior doctor but sill unable to do anything outside of the hospital.
Does watching scrubs make you want to choose another career or is it like this for most top professions?
