I'm currently doing a combined commerce degree but I want to explore other interests that are not related to my degree that I may or may not one day turn into a career. I'm thinking of enrolling into either the certificate III in design fundamentals (architectural technologies) at ultimo part time or possibly certificate IV in design (industrial design) at design centre enmore (which is only full-time) and wondering if anyone could give any insight into one of these courses? What is the teaching and workload like? Is it possible to get a job in the industry (provided that you have a good portfolio) and is it manageable on top of other commitments? What should I expect?
