Is this possible?
Are there situations where its more practical using vectors than geo methods to do circ geo?
And if my first question answers a yes, then in theory all can be done using complex numbers right? So does this mean there is a systematic way of doing them? And furthering this, if I have the time and patience, I can in theory do all of them without much 'genius' right? :) hmmm

You can do it with complex numbers, but the rest isn't necesarily true.

Also, the cmplex numbers way may turn out excedingly difficullt for many questions ...
