Why Is Piccolo White?

To represent the evil that is America (or because the studio is ultra cheap ass and realised that talcum powder is a shitload cheaper than green face paint).

It doesn't even look like Piccolo, it looks more like bloody Frieza.

when i first saw it i thought it was Frieza, then when i saw piccolo writen on the bottom picture was like.. :O wtf.. another movie i don't really intend on watching.. or maynbe watching to see epic "phailure"

no its gonna be "awesome" and it's defo gonna be a "failed" attempt. just look at those screen shots above. i dont know the first thing to movie making but i know piccolo is green lol..
