Task:
Prepare and present a dramatic scene that intervenes in the set novel. Your intervention should invite an alternative reading of a minor character by drawing upon evidence from or about the novel, such as examples and quotes, and perhaps criticising the author's representation of your chartacter.
(Due 1/06/09)
Hi, for this task I have chosen to present an alternative reading of the character 'Harding' in the Novel. To all those who have studied the book, I was looking for some important gaps and silences about Harding that I could address. I could explain his point of view about another person, reveal his motives in certain parts of the book or simply elaborate on the character in order to adress a silence or gap.
