if you chose to study economics... do you HAVE to major in an economics based subject?

because i was hoping to major in Commercial Law/Finance or Management/Finance.

it's probably a really stupid question... but i'm confused nonetheless :(

did you bother looking in the handbook?

Reqs:
A total of 144 credit points including:

* 4 core units of study (24 junior credit points) - see below list of Core units offered in this course
* Either a major or an extended major in Economics OR a major or an extended major in Econometrics and a minimum of 12 senior credit points in Economics
* Any other combination of units arranged as majors and electives
* No more than 60 junior credit points
* At least 96 credit points from the Faculty of Economics and Business.
