Make sure you define your key terms (e.g. Macroeconomic policy involves monetary and fiscal policy, and has been used by.. to do this ). Also, with the impact on the economy- make sure this bit is more in depth than the description of current structures. Also, I don't like your last sentenc "therefore in conclusion time will be the only determinate in the effectiveness of IR laws." Express your opinion instead. Markers dont care about time telling anything. They care about how you understand the topic.
