Hi everyone,

What’s everyone’s predictions for the Economics essay this year?

I was curious myself so I actually made a quick video where I used a machine learning model to run through past HSC papers and predict what could come up in the 2025 exam. It reckons globalisation and macroeconomic policy are high-probability topics.

I made a quick video breakdown of the predictions and shared it through EconTools (can’t drop links here, but if you look up EconTools you’ll find it).

I was thinking it could also be on the Global Economy and Macroeconomic Policy. When I did economics, they placed a bit of an emphasis on it at school.
