i ws just wondering how to acutally write out an economic essay becasue my teacher hasnt taught me is there any particular format like a business report.. becasue we recently did one .. and some people just answered in in short paragraphs.. yeahh .. just wondering ..

- paragraphs, each of which argues a particular point or demonstrates an understanding of a specific issue
- back-up your argument with statistics and economic data, as well as diagrams if necessary
- conclusion: if it's an "assess" or "discuss" question, then conclude with your final judgment or your opinion having discussed the issues at hand.

Plus, if nothing else, they give you a way to demonstrate by example just what you're talking about, and allow you to write more if you're stuck for things to talk about
