hey guys...well ive made my choice....i wanna go to sydney uni.....and i want to do Civil (Structural) though i dunno if ill get the UAI.....if i dont and i get into just the normal Civil..how can i transfer into Structural and how difficult is it to transfer...thanx

yeah i got a girl friend doing civil at usyd and she's loving it!
just the other week they made some tower in the court yard?

Don't do structual. The UAI is higher then plain civil and you are locked into doing structual subjects in 3rd/4th years.

The only thing you gain is getting Civil (structual) on your degree

And yeah, we built a tower in the yard, twas quite fun. I love Civil to bits, because its all large scale stuff

uts is more industry based
if you like that, well...

but come to usyd, its a far better environment from uts
