English adv final mark estimation (1 Viewer)

I go to a school ranked around the mid 80s and I'm absolutely shit at English (adv). If my results are consistently high Cs to low Bs, can I still get a final mark of 75? and assuming I get like 70 for the externals.
My English is beyond help and realistically speaking, my marks won't surpass a low B <- I can say this with 100% confidence

EDIT: My teacher is a hsc marker so i reckon her marking is pretty much on point?
Say my ranking is like 75/90
