Hey guys, for our english essays are we supposed to include pg number(for book), scene/time(for movie), act/scene/line(Shakespeare) etc when we quote for our essays or is it just enough to quote???????

i was told just quote it, or give a brief summary of the scene

eg: The scene where Deckard was called into Bryants office.... (no significance why i picked that)

but either way you would be fine

I do it for Shakespeare..but nothing else.
