Enrolling in course after failing prerequisite (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone. I was wondering if you could help me. I've failed a prerequisite for a couple of courses, but I'd still like to enrol in them. I've been told I need to fill in a particular form to get permission to do this, but I can't seem to find it online. I'm not entirely sure whats its called either, because I couldn't understand the lady on the phone. Can anyone point me in the right direction? It's much appreciated, thank you.

Never mind, I think I found it. It's the "Course Enrolment Variation" form I think.

if u failed a 'couple', ie 2, courses, then u need to talk to someone of ur faculty staff (u shouldve got an email about this by now, i have) and talk to em about whats going on, how u can improve, and they have to approve of ur next semester subjects before u enrol.

Im pretty sure thats the process, im in the same boat as u.
