I've heard there are several errors in the excel legal textbook and i was just wondering what they were. Anyone?

Yes there are and Asqy should know about this because he pointed it out to me!!!! :p

For starters the court hierarchy is completely wrong...

try not to rely soley on any textbook, in terms of theory i am loving the one by derwent/hamper/draper, but the examples/cases are still lacking...although they are alot better than heinnemann and excel

there are many errors, but I can't remember all of them at hand, sorry. there are a few errors in Macquarie Revision Guide too. Try to use heinemann primarily, but also, look in newspapers for media reports because some information has changed since they were all written,... especially stuff on global environment.
