I thought it would be good to have a thread for peopleto list reccomendations of exercise videos, to help out people who are thinking of buying some, etc.
I just bought this salsa dance dvds called "crunch", it is shit, I am really disappointed. My friend and I want to start salsa classes and we got this video to see if we liked it, honestly we may as well have thrown $30 down the toilet.

I have a lot of billy blanks tae bo videos as well and i really loved them , although i don't really use them anymore cos ive had them for about 5 years. They just involve basic kicking and punching, as well as ab and butt exercises and they give you a really good workout.
