Apperently these things arn't too good. My teacher last year (2002) said don't bother, she just gave us a few of the notes from the previous years' (2001).

lol how many more $38 days are the english teachers planninng to have this year??!?! we've gone to the english aos ones, this ext 1 one, and then there's even an ext 2 one in the hols... somehow all are worth $38?!?! what a profiteering exercise, you'd think they were business teachers... and it is near the train station, yeah? we're not all going to turn up late from walking a thousand miles like the aos syd uni ones?

My teacher said the 2u ones are a waste of time.

yeah most of them were... except there were good ones on changing worlds - only 8.3% of all students do this elective so to hear someone, anyone, give a different perspective on it from our teacher was definitely worth $38... and its always fun to laugh at other ppl's uniforms.

the lecture @ darling harbour last november was kinda good/kinda useless... did anyone go to that?

the whole socialogy of change was interesting, as were the tips on how to approach paper 1... but the lady who spoke on the stimulus booklet was COMPLETELY useless

I can testify that the 2 u lectures at Sydney Uni were pretty boring for me.. I ended up skipping two of them. The Harwood one was the only one I found in the least bit interesting.. what a waste of $38
