I was just wondering what kind of marks everyone was getting in Maths Ext 2.

I topped the state with a 99.

What'd other guys and gals get?

Raw exam mark, estimated between 104 - 112, it all depended on how much they appreciated my attempts at question 8. I was in a little bit of a hurry, as you can probably imagine. So I skipped a line of working here and there so I could get the questions out.

The BOS didn't want to tell me what I got in the exam. Go figure. For all I know I could have got 90's or even higher 110's.

So will you get mod status on this forum like turtle?

I've added your name to the list of T.G. Room medallists at http://www4.tpgi.com.au/nanahcub/tgroom.html (the official Honour Roll for 4 unit maths)

Are you going to MANSW's Talented Students day next year to get the medal?

I went to it this year and saw turtle get his. Were you there?

Who was your teacher? Was it Glenn Abrahams or someone else at St Ig?

Also, do you think my website is OK? Or is it a waste of time and should I shut it down?
Well that one's really up to the people in power :D I'd love to be a mod, but, as you can see, I don't spent copious amounts of time on the board.

I will be going to the Talented Studnets day, as soon as I get a date, the slate will be wiped clean for that day.

I was there, but I never actually saw him get his award, I was in the back row, I must have missed it :S

It was Brian Charlton, Abrahams and him alternate over the years.

Actually your website was sweet. I didn't know it was yours, I used it to get a few (read: alot) of past papers. I just searched on google. Definately keep it up.

"Hi I topped Extension 2 Mathematics. Will you go out with me?"

I tried it on the top of Philosophy, P.E. and Modern Greek Beginners.

They laughed. I was quite appauled really. Hmph.

She seemed nice. Very outgoing. And despite my best attempts (read: none) she didn't stop smiling.

You'd be surprised. The PE girl actually did 4 unit maths, she's a member of the board.

Anyway, the seating was alphabetical, so I was seated next to the Modern Greek Beginner and seated behind the Philosophy and PE winners.
