if I do a course in one uni then externally transfer to another uni (dat's more closer to home) but doing the same course...would that be more easier than transfering externally from one course to another different course??

i mean like if I went to do pharm at wagga and externally transfer to syd to do pharm in 2nd year

would that be easier than:

doing science in syd in 1st yr then internally transfer to pharm 2nd yr??

I've heard internal transfers as easier than externals, but then, that was just for Wollongong and Macquarie - I'm not sure about Sydney, you'd have to call them and ask.

melbournian's right, you have to apply through uac whatever you do so basically everything's an external transfer

internal transfer usually means just within your own faculty.
