hi was just wondering if you need to focus on the holistic imaginary journey, the distorted american dream, or on more specific imaginative events, such as the drug trips....

so much swearing...its difficult to find relevant quotes...

argh i feel so overwhelmed.

help would be appreciated

i hear ya man!
i talked about the drug trips being a catalyst or vehicle that takes him on this imag. journey.
i used quotes like "big black bats" and there is a line about the cops being lizards
these quotes show how the american dream no longer exists (cops should be seen as heros not carnivores)
ergo, he drops acid and mescaline to go back to the perfect world in his mind where the dream does still exist

i don't know if thats much help...
